How to spray paint a car

How to spray paint a car-how's it going to do so first good one for you today today I'm going to show you how you can hand down pain and fix the hood on this f-150 truck using nothing but rattle cans so if you look closely we have two areas that are badly damaged on this hood we have this area on the left corner it has a lot of scrapes scratches and peeling clear coat on it and in this area on the right corner with similar type of damage in order to perform this repair you'll need a couple of different grits of sandpaper a sanding block some primer some color match urethane base coat inside a can and last but

not least some 2k clear coat now there might be a couple other things that you might need like masking tape and whatnot but if you're interested in any of the products that I'm going to be using in this video I'll put links to where you can buy them for cheap down below in the description box so don't be afraid to click on them and check them out yourself so obviously as one would imagine doing this with red hands it's not going to be as good as spraying your base coat and clear coat with a high-volume low-pressure spray gun but that requires an air compressor and a garage which not everyone has hence our attempt to do this with rally cane now I have not painted a panel before using

just rattle cane but I have a good feeling that this is going to come out looking really nice and as long as you follow the steps in this video exactly you should have the same result so make sure you watch this video all the way to the end alright and after that let's get on to the repair procedure so what you'll want to do next is to grab yourself a clean bucket of water pour in some car wash soap and then using a sponge thoroughly clean the panel's that's going to be repaired now some of you have mentioned it's actually better to use a dishwashing detergent to clean up the panel before people work

because these car wash soap have some wax preservatives in them and that goes when a paint job by causing fisheye with dishwashing detergent saan like bees actually strip away grease and wax as it says right on the back of this thing right here is the dishwashing detergent strip wax prediction and leaf paint vulnerable to the elements what I don't have any dishwashing detergent here at the shop because this washing is for ladies first I'm going to use some wax and grease remover later so it's not a huge issue see I wasn't being sexist I only use paper plates plastic forks and iPhone cups no need to wash dishes that's only for the ladies alright next we have ourselves a clean bucket of water and using

a clean sponge thoroughly clean our panel and it goes without saying this would be a lot more efficient if you have a garden hose all right now with the panel all clean he is an ideal to tell better what's going on now if you're wondering this line here is because I had some masking paper here I was going to try to repair the clear coat only on this panel but then I realized you know it's quickly just too far out gone plus I think more people are interested in seeing how you can spray both base coat and clear coat using rattle cans all right now your base coat that's the code that gives you cards

color is really really thin which means you cannot fill in or cover any deep scratches or rough surfaces like these it can only fill in and cover scratches left by a 400 grit sandpaper now 400 grit sandpaper is not particularly a coarse sandpaper so in order to remove these chip paint on this panel we're going to use some 220 grit sandpaper which is a bit more coarse than a 400 grit sandpaper and it should make easier work of this peeling clear coat so the plan for this panel is to apply base coat to the front where the damages are and then blend that into the middle section of the panel and then apply a clear coat to the entire panel also if you're new to this stuff I recommend use some masking tape to create boundaries for your repair area because let's say we're going to be sending this area

down up to here with 220 grit sandpaper after that we're going to be applying primer and we're going to go past a few inches just to make sure we cover everything we sand it and then after we apply primer we're going to be sending that down with 400 grit sandpaper and again we're going to go a few inches above that because over there we're going to be applying base coat so if you're not careful your rip area can expand so get yourself some masking tape and create yourself a boundary below which you're going to be sanding with 220 grit all right sir look at the boundaries we have so far also if you peel back the tape like this this will help to ensure that your sanding blocks does not

accidentally go over this and scratch beyond this but anyway when you're sanding just try to stop short about an inch before you get to the boundary line also it's very important to get some tape and put it on the edges of the adjacent panels so you don't accidentally scratch them when you're sanding and you are used all the way to the top on both sides because you're going to eventually have to sand down the entire panel anyway and next you grab yourself a sanding block like this I like to use these soft sanding blocks on these the gray side is little bit more soft than the black side and if you're wondering for this job I'm going to be using the black side which is a little bit more firm you want to

make sure that lays flat against the panel all right so next you just simply draft your sanding paper around your sanding block and then you simply go at it until you have a smooth surface and for this you are going to need some elbow grease again link in the description box down below so here's a close-up shot of what you'll need to do basically you want to get the areas that look like this to look like this nice and smooth you simply keep going at it until that happens see we're expanding here and these white marks these white areas this is your primer you don't want to sand over these too much because you don't want to go through the primary and get to bare metal so you want to move away from the areas where you see white so yeah we're just going to move lower also it's a good idea it has a dance microfiber towel to clean the areas it's handy so you can check your work and know exactly

where you are oh yeah all righty twenty-five minutes later here's what we have on this side where we had deep red rock chips I have to go deeper and the results you can see some of the white primer that's oh that was underneath our base coat but like in this area where we have the smaller rock chips primer should be able to take care of these no problem and here's look at the other side as well and I didn't manage to say just short of our border for the most part alright next in preparation for spraying primer I am actually going to remove our masking tapes where our border is because as you see there is some sanding dust that's stuck right underneath it and we need to clear that up because when you

start spraying primary that's going to go airborne and get all over the place and you don't want that to happen so we're just going to remove that and then clean that up and then reapply our masking tape to the same exact area there we go so once again we'll clean the area with some clean water make sure you're very thorough and get yourself a clean microfiber towel and dry off your repair you can always be air-dry it if you have an air compressor it will grab yourself some grease and wax remover and then using another clean microfiber towel we're going to thoroughly clean the area where we're going to be spraying primer and you know you can just make two passes and then flip your microfiber

towel over and do the rest of it and it still works great and if you've ever ate quickly as well so once again we're going to mark our repair area and you want to go about an inch inch and a half just above where you see the 220 sand scratches all right and again peel back the masking tape all right now as far as what type of primary you want to spray you want to keep a couple of things in mind the first thing is that you want to spray a high build primer so that he can fill in the 220 grit sand scratches and the rock chips you see here and the other thing is that you want to pick your color that's the same or

very close to your base coat so here our base coat is pretty much black so we preferably want a black primer or maybe a grey primer but most important of all you want to take a primer that's compatible with your urethane based base coat clear coat see these rust-oleum primers that they sell at the Auto Zone these are not compatible with your base coat clear coat so these are like row base primers and if you spray these on your panel and then spray your urethane based base coat and clear coat these are going to breathe through that and you're going to be able to see it and it's not look good also if you

can afford it you should use a 2k primer which is what I have here instead of a 1k primer so your 2k primer is basically a two part primaries guys the primer inside and the catalyst towards the bottom and you mix them right before you're ready to spray it and the way you go about mixing them is to first shake the can for two minutes straight next you'll remove this red pesky cap up top and then place it on the bottom like this but we can't upside down and with your hand test the sinan all the way just like that and now the catalyst is mixed with the primer and once more you can have to shake you

can for two minutes before you start spraying and generally speaking these to get primaries just much more durable and they also stand a lot better oh yeah before we start spraying we need to cover up our car and for that I like to use these plastic drop cloth they are 10 by 20 feet and they make the job a lot easier oh and if I remember correctly they're only about 5 bucks or so just open it up pull over the car like this and get yourself a razor blade and simply cut it around the area that's to be painted like this and just fill the sack to the border and then get yourself some more masking tape and then simply take the plastic and place like this as I said earlier it's important to back match the tape in the

middle of the panel so that when you spray the primer you don't have a big line here so I right before we start spraying we're going to maximize our fan area that's going to be coming out of this can by turning this plastic top clockwise like this and the absolute last step before we start spraying our primer is to tack down our panel with a tack cloth and we're going to say with 50% overlap and make sure you start spraying before you start moving your arm there's what it looks like after our first pass so now we're just going to wait ten minutes and apply a second coat and I'm not sure what color this

primer is going to look like a camera but it's great in real life all right time for our second pass I put this on a little heavier ten minutes later time for a third and final coat all right next since it's about freezing temperature here in Southern California which is exactly about the five degrees Fahrenheit we're gonna have to wait an hour before we can start standing the stamp and that means it's time for lunch and what's for lunch a California burrito what all and what you want to get in California burrito no salsa sour cream french fries cheese and just the carne asada and that's it and then you add your

own hot sauce and it's going to come out super good you can get so much today all right so it's been an hour and now we're ready to start sanding our primer but before we take off our masking paper it's a good idea to do a quick spray of a different color primer or paint on this primer and I'm going to be using this red 1k primer for this and this is basically a guy code this is going to help you know exactly where you stand it and where you have it and here you have it this is what you want it to look like already once again we get a razor blades I'm going to cut this plastic all the way to the top of that site and then we just peel this back and once again just about an inch or so above our primary we're

going to put a masking tape to limit where our 400 grit sand scratches are going to go all right next
we'll grab ourselves a 400 grit sandpaper and again using the black side of our sanding block we're going to sand down our panel you don't want to go super crazy you just want to make sure you have a smooth surface there we go and and this guy code we sprayed on here it's going to help us greatly and finding out actually we're with Candace and we're we have it and the most important areas and property is going to be this edge right here you want to make sure this looks like this so that when you spray your base coat you don't see it later on because if you leave it like this you will see it here's

what it looks like 15 minutes in you guys want to take a guess where we need to keep sanding and here's how it looks like all done and we were able to effectively get rid of our edge so now we're going to remove the masking tape that we had here and now we're going to hand down the rest of the panel with some 1500 grit sandpaper you know what since I don't want to wet sand this panel I'm actually going to use a gray scotch brite pad to scuff it up and I don't want a wet hand because if you Wilson and water gets on the primer Daria's then generally speaking you need to wait about four hours so maybe even overnight for the primer area to completely dry before you start spraying your

base coat just make sure you scuff up the edges because if you don't that's where your nuclear code is going to start peeling from also make sure you go a few inches into the areas where you have the 400 grit scratches because basically can stick to both 400 grit and 1500 grit scratches but it can only fill in and cover 400 grit scratches and finer oh yeah and this isn't any scotch brite pad this is a Autobody and refinishing scotch brite pad again link in the description box alright all done as you can see our panel is nicely scuffed up alright next I need to clean the Hicks others cannot fully start spraying our base coat what I wanted to do is to use a lot of grease some axiom over on this area where we have

the clear coat this area we have the base coat is pretty clean so I'm just going to I'm not going to rub too much grease and waxing over into that but this area is going to get completely clean all soleus and dust everywhere and we need to get all of that cleaned up now you at home may not have an option but it might just be a better idea for you just use a garden hose and completely wash down your car with water before you go on to the grease and wax remover but over here I have an air compressor so I can just use that to dust off the car all right I don't figure to just up yourself now it's time for some grease and wax remover action and next what we want to do is to start spraying or

basically what you want to do is to get your paint coat which is usually either on a sticker inside your driver side door jamb or your glove box or your spare tire well and take that to your local auto body shop supply store and having mixed that and put it inside of a spray can like this and I'm hoping one of these will do the job here today but you may need to we're about to find out also not all Auto Body Supply stores will put this in a can for you but again if you want to buy it online link in the description box down below and again let's sit before we start spraying is to tack down our entire panel then we start spraying same pattern and everything has we sprayed our primer Oh houston we

may have a problem I'm kidding this is normal we may yet still have the problem but it's early to tell anyway why now we wait ten minutes before our second coat I might have forgot to mention that for now we're just going to spray in the primary area after we cover this area then we'll blend into the rest of the panel later all right ten minutes later we're going to first pack down our panel once more and do our second coat you here's a look after our second pass now this is starting to look more like it ten minutes later we take it down once more and now it looks even better we might be able to pull this off with one can after all I think just one more coat and then do the blend area and I should do it all

righty we got pretty good coverage in our primary area not in order to do our blend what I'm going to do is to just put one one medium coat right here and then move up 50% and do a light coat and that should blend it into the rest of the panel so here you have it folks there's some glare in this picture I know and it's going to be kind of hard seeing what's going on but I think you guys get the right idea and now we just wait an hour and then spray our clear coat all righty now we're ready to start spraying our makeup now as far as what type of clay code you want to spray well if you can get your hands on one you want to spray to get pretty close because you're probably going to need to wet sand

and polish the clear coat later and you really can't polish it one cake circle you're probably just going to bring it right through it and these mix the same way as the primer you move this filling up top put them on the bottom and push em in like that and then you shake it for two minutes then you take down your panel one last time after this you're not going to be able to tack down your panel of course and now you start spraying there's 1/2 not too shabby a and here's the second half now we just wait about ten minutes before we spray our second coat all right after a second pass here's what we have I

don't know if you guys can see it but it came out a little streaky the clear coat on this end and also somewhat orange pili but that's to be expected after all you're spraying clear coat I have a spray can but both of those issues can be fixed with some wet sanding and polishing so next time it's going to wait another 10 minutes and then spray whatever it's circled is left and they can on this panel and then be done with clear coat all right ten minutes later and with whatever is left in this can I'm just going to go over that's where I see the street I'm going to go over there this way towards the status panel so I can hopefully get rid of them and now I'm just going to wait an hour and then take off the masking

tape and this plastic sheet and give you guys a final look all right an hour later here's a look at our panel we always coverage with the base coat and we were able to blend it pretty well you can't tell where the primary and the repairer was but it is going to need some wet sanding and polishing as one would expect you also need to polish the adjacent panels just so that the newly painted panel doesn't stand out on your car and with that step going to wrap this up, thanks.

How to paint wood furniture

How to paint wood furniture-Today I'm going to show you how to paint furniture my first step for preparing the dresser to be painted was to take all of the hardware off of the drawers our next step to get the dresser ready for paint is to wash all of the wood surfaces with this liquid TSP substitute so I'm just going to take my rag that has my TSP solution and just wash off the wood really well making sure to get all the surface and then I'm going to take my clean rag that has just water on it and make sure that I rinse the wood off really well and then right after I do that I take a dry towel or a rag and dry the surface really well

so that the water does not damage the wood once I have the wood cleaned with the liquid TSP and rinsed off and dried my next step is to sand the finish of the wood so that it will take the paint well what I like to use to do my sanding is this Black & Decker mouse sander whenever I sand I like to stand in the direction of the grain of the wood so that you're not roughing up the wood is much a tack cloth like this and it's just a sticky cloth that helps you get all of the sawdust up I want to make sure that you get all of the sawdust up the sanding dust so that you get a nice smooth finish for the curved

parts of the dresser where the sander is not going to work as well and just going to use a regular piece of sandpaper to sand the finished off of the spot and then once I was done I would use the tack cloth again to get it all cleaned off before I applied my first coat of paint I'm going to apply a coat of oil-based primer I'm using a Zinser all prime oil-based primer and the primer will help seal the stain from bleeding through the paint I'm using a polyester paintbrush for this oil primer and I'm also wearing latex gloves to kind of help protect my hands so I'm just going to start applying the primer and I'm using a brush because it seems to work better with the oil-based primer to use a brush versus

a roller so after this dries for about an hour to probably a couple hours then I'll apply the first coat of paint I've got my coat of primer on the dresser and because it's got a few rough brushstrokes I'm just going to lightly sand with two to 4010 paper just a very light sanding to smooth out the finish a little bit I don't want to shame too much and take a lot of the primer up so I'm just doing a very light sand after doing my fine sanding I take my tack cloth again and just wipe all the sanding dust off of the dresser now that I've got the primer on the dresser and I've sanded it lightly to get some of the brush

marks out from the primer now I'm ready to roll on our advance Benjamin Moore paint and it's a really thick nice paint that takes a while to dry so it levels out really nicely what I'm going to use to roll on the paint from the top of the dresser is a roller breast that I love to use they're made by Worcester they're called the big green rollers and so we're going to get started rolling the top of the dresser I'm just going to very carefully smooth it on it may have a few bubbles at first but those will pop and this like I said this roller gives a nice smooth finish if you do have a few bubbles left you can always use sandpaper and lightly sand and then using a tack cloth wipe up the the dust from the

sanding on the the curved part of the dresser where the roller is not going to work very well I'm going to be using a Worcester shortcut paint brush instead to apply the paint I like this paint brush because it has a really comfortable flexible handle and it's comfortable on my hand I can paint all day with it and it still stays comfortable it's called the Worcester shortcut and so I'm going to just apply the paint in these spots where the roller paintbrush won't cover it very well just using nice smooth strokes we've got our first coat of paint applied to the dresser and now I'm going to apply my second coat

using the roller again to get the nice smooth finish just rolling on very smoothly and like I said with the breakthrough paint that it takes a long time to dry but it kind of levels out and the bubbles will pop and it will give you a nice smooth finish and when I'm done with the second coat then our dresser will be complete here's our finished painted project I hope you've enjoyed this guide.

How to paint a room wall in 10 minutes

How to paint a room wall in 10 minutes-Here is how we go about rolling walls fast with a 18 inch roller so stay tuned for this video so we're down here we've done this room we're actually painting all these walls in this room with this 18 inch roller or painting I'm really fast and one of the things before you get started painting you always want to set drop cloths down we've got drop cloths down here we've got a nine-inch paper with one inch tape run around all the baseboards and now we're ready to roll just got to get this thing the floor is protected because you don't want to spill anything on the

floors got our 18-inch pen right here or bucket and this is actually a five gallon bucket right here hold five gallons of paint we typically fill it up about a little less than half full start rolling out of it this is our extension pole that I'm actually using and the ceilings are about eight feet high so you just want an extent and pull that's not too long that I reach up there comfortably at eight feet so you don't have to do a lot of bending or reaching and got our three-eighths inch roller right on here and or it's a 18 inch roller with a 3/8 inch nap on it and now we're just going in the rolling process and let's show you

how we go about rolling these walls fast you just start up just by loading up your roller if you haven't got it all loaded up you just want to get it all loaded up with paint and then begin the rolling process and I'll show you how I actually roll these walls so to roll a wall with an 18 inch roller it's a little bit different than using a nine inch roller and this also is a wall you can see this blue it's going to take at least two coats of paint and if you're going to be too coating a wall it will be a little bit different process on your first coat than it is on the second coat the first coats basically gonna be a skim coat

that you want to be thin but it's going to dry really fast and I think I can if I get it on properly I'll be able to cover it on the second coat with this color that we're using this is a pretty light white color but two coats will do it so my first goes to be a skim coat that I walked and dry really fast you put it on too heavy then you're going to wait too long before you can do your second KO and typically when I'm rolling when I'm rolling a wall of that 18 inch roller I get my roller loaded up and then I'm going to set it in the middle of the wall and then a roll top and then down and that's going to be my first stroke right there so the profit is to be up down and then right back up again and down and they'll

look at it right there and it's laid out nice and thin even there's no heavy spots now load up my bowler once again you can see how much you can actually cover with an 18 inch roller with just a couple swipes of the roller so then load it up get a good load up the pain again and then put it set right in the middle up down up now I look at it if there's your maybe how you swap it down I'll just lay that heavy spot out and see how much surface area covered already with just loading up the NAP twice summer load up my roller once again we want to get on the first coat laying it out I'm not really concerned about doing a proper layout when I'm concerned about is just getting a thin skin coat on

these walls that will actually dry really fast on my second toe that's when I'm actually going to be concerned about laying it out from either your bottom to top or top the bottom when I put the paint on to the wall looking with you on the side but laying right in the middle so you can either you know start going put it right in the middle wall you need to go down or you can go up it really doesn't really matter put the wall go down up and then just like that one more time on this side so you load up the

roller gonna put it right in the middle wall go hop down and I can see right there just a nice thin skin coat on there and that will actually dry we actually do paint walls fast and do high production painting you want a lot of heat and not a whole lot of humidity so we always create the temperature up if we're in a residential home crank it up to 75 to 80 degrees open the windows slightly so it'll

blow air out and get rid of humidity out of the room and this will actually this skim coat will probably dry within fifteen to thirty minutes if you've got the temperature up high enough and the humidity is low it up another just quick simple tip to when you're loading up your roller you know what I load it up instead of just carrying it straight to where you're going to go actually do you're going it's a good idea to just twist it it's a little bit harder with an 18 inch roller but if you just turn it to the side it'll keep it from gripping so I typically load up my roller and then I'll turn it to the side and then take it to work I'm going once again just going to load it up you turn it and now I'll move it to where I'm going so it's been a half hour now we're starting this wall but punch me a half hour going to roll the second

color on this wall the paint's all dry prior to rolling the wall we're doing the ceiling cut ends and then we cut in the bottom did the caulking and tape and now we roll a final coat on here I'm going to show you what it looks like to actually roll out and lay that final coat so doing the final layout on this thing the process a little bit different I'm not doing just a skim coat but I'm going to do the same thing to load up my roller so just load it up in my pan and then I'm going to put it in the middle of the wall and you need to go up or down whatever it's more comfortable for you sometimes I think I like going

down a little bit better but it doesn't really matter just set it in the middle of the wall and typically you're going to start by the corner the wall you work your way to the opposite side but for video purposes I'm just in the middle of the wall right here but just going to put it down I'm just going to roll it down up and then back down again and then I'm going to load up my roller again just load it up with a lot of pain and your final code you want this to be pretty heavy I'm going to overlap it about quarter go down up and then down again and now I'm just going to lay the sound always lay it out

from top to bottom top to bottom just like that that's how you actually lay it out and doing these light colors the layout is not nearly as critical as doing a layout on dark colors that's what's really important on here you don't really have to be that critical with it but come back over here to work the opposite direction now just for camera purposes overlap at about 25% down up down again it will load it back up make sure you load it up with a lot of pain you can turn your roller to keep it from dripping the go down up and down again and now just lay it out just like that move to this side there you have it and

that's how you properly layout the wall then we'll go back there's going to be some light spots on the cut ends because these walls have to be too coated we typically do the cut in we try to do the cut in heavy once then just go back and touch it up it's typically how we do our cut ends same with the cuttings on the masking one week off sometimes if it's a multi coat well we'll just roll the bottom with our four inch nap and get close to our cave then our second coat code then we'll cock it do the cut in roll the wall pull the tape so in this videos to the tools and accessories we're actually doing to make

these welds fast using our 2 to 4 foot extension pole a lot of times we're using a 4 to 8 foot extension pole I use a commercial-grade 8 10 inch roller we use also the booster roller got an 18 inch roller here that's a 3/8 inch nap we're using our 5 gallon bucket pan right here that's actually a looser pan we like the booster pants because it rolls on both sides to do our masking we're using our hand mascar with nine-inch paper 1 inch tape a lot of times we're using frog tape plug with caulking here's our pocket we use the 2 gallon buckets with a 1 gallon grit inside cutting in with a 3 inch brush angled sash

brush got the 4 inch roller with a 3/8 inch nap on that and we're doing our caulking with just a standard caulking gun I like the ones with a wrap tip teeth we're using clear talking when we're doing our talking those are the tools and accessories were using in this guide.

How to get paint out of jeans

How to get paint out of jeans-We're both famous for going online and scrolling through those videos for craft inspirations and sending them to each other we always have one question in mind how easy really is this or it's just finding inspiration for a totally new project in itself but oftentimes you look at that 20 second video and yes it looks awfully easy have you ever asked yourself how easy really is this oh I thought I'd dissect one in particular it was removing paint from dry clothes and I had just the project I wanted to try it out on check it out this is an old favorite

sweatshirt I've had since college they filled the letters on myself so you can imagine my horror when I stupidly wore it's a painting and stained it for what I thought was forever so I couldn't let go of the sweatshirt and the paint has been on it for at least ten years according to a 20 second DIY video I saw on Facebook all I needed to fix my mistake was rubbing alcohol a toothbrush and a sponge I had nothing to lose so to get rid of the paint I applied the rubbing alcohol then immediately scrubs the

dried paint with my toothbrush when I got as much of the dry paint off as I could I wiped it off with a dry sponge then I was heated and repeated and repeated repeated and repeated you get the idea the process when I was finally finished I was pleasantly surprised most of the old paint came completely off the old Fletcher on the downside the entire process took about two hours to complete it was simple but it wasn't quick and while a lot of the paint did come completely off I was only able to

remove about 90% of the toughest paint stain and since that ballast was cotton the brushing of the toothbrush caused the sweatshirts to tell would I do it again definitely but I'd probably choose a sturdier fabric like denim jeans or sham issues mister tips head on over to 9 news.com slash fixes for all of the instructions

kitchen abs are made by being in the kitchen less as I'm saying ingesting less calories a simple calculation you can use is take your body weight in pounds times that by 10 and that number should be the sufficient amount of calories to put you in the caloric deficit and you start losing fat and it's imperative that you lose the fat off your abs because even if you build the abdominal muscles which we will talk about later that's coming up you built abdominal muscles if you still have some fat on top of them guess what room nobody's going to see your abs you can have the strongest abs in the world

but if you got layers and layers of fat on them no one's gonna see them so get your diet right body weighting pounds times 10 that's how many calories you need to burn fat if you need additional information I'm going to weigh more detail about that in the free book instant abdominals click the link in the description download that ASAP it won't be free forever but it's free now alright step number two ab workout as I said before abdominal muscles are just like any other muscle group they are going to grow a response to resistance so you got to make sure you're doing the right amount of ab exercises some people say you can work abs every day I know some people have success with that

I've been a trainer for over 15 years sorry and the people who are training that the most success we're getting a 6-pack and including myself trained about every other day train abs every other day all right now here's the thing you can't just do crunches all right you have to work the ABS from all different directions so you can put the focus on the upper abs sometimes the lower abs sometimes the obliques the side AB sometimes so you want to be doing a variety of different abdominal exercises don't worry about it I laid it all out for you in the free book instant abdominals download that now before we start

charging for it get it now twice free don't miss out you got nothing to lose except for and all that self doubt you have when you take your shirt off alright so when you prepare yourself you'll be looking for it focus is doing the right amount and the right variety of exercises people say what's the best exercise to do perhaps the best exercise to do is probably the one you haven't been doing lately right because you keep doing the same that exercise over and over again your body what it's used to it and it stops doing what responding so you want to switch it up man you got to switch it on and you got a come provocative and do different types of abdominal moves we got a ton of them laid out free book

instant abdominals downloaded now step number three it's another thing you need to do I'm fat alright cardio because you burn fat by doing what burning more calories when you're consumed now we already started with the diet now you're gonna consume less but now you want to start burning more all right you do that by doing cardio now there's two types of cardio you should do in one type of cardio you need to avoid at all costs it's two times you do if you need to really slow cardio a lot of bodybuilders do this they do really slow cardio cardio like maybe walk for an hour to or walk up a hill or something some guys walk with a weight vest or a heavy book bag you want to do slow low impact cardio for a long duration of time now just this pros and cons it is the probes are it stairs what

muscle low cardio burns calories and burns fat without burning your muscles all right without digging into you your muscle or your glycogen reserves okay this is important because you remember you have to build the abdominal muscles to have a six-pack you want to spare as much of your lean body mass as possible shred off that fat slow cardio excellent way to do that now the negative part of that at least for me is one is boring and it takes a long time and that's why I prefer high-intensity interval cardio alright or hits this is when you go top speed for a certain amount of time and then either rest or go slow for a certain amount of time to keep automated does something like sprints

would be good high-intensity interval training look at any sprinter you know their job is basically hit cardio and they all look great they all look shredded they all look like they're amazing shape because they're doing the right type of cardio now the wrong type of cardio is once i've car you should avoid at all cost and that's medium pace medium pace steady state you see people on the elliptical or something like that or doing aerobics don't do that don't do aerobics because aerobics it will burn fat and you'll burn calories but it all so burn what your muscle mass all right and if you don't believe that just look at any marathon runner any marathon today all looks pretty frail that's not the look you're going for all right the people who have the the most attractive physiques you know lean muscle mass

low body fat these are people who are almost all these people are almost always doing either slow cardio or high-intensity interval training now the advantage of high-intensity interval training is not as boring and you can get it done quick sometimes 10 minutes is just enough if you're going hard enough you can do it in just a few minutes if you want some more information about that again we cover it and detail in the free book incident download download it now before I start charging money for it all right it's free right now for you because I want you to accomplish your goal with the top of

the year and you know I just want to spread the word about it before we start charging for it I download it right now so that's basically what you need to accomplish your goals of getting a six-pack in 2017 I hope that helps leave a comment hit the like button subscribe all that jazz but most importantly download the free book instant abdominals and the reason we're giving it to you for free is because I want to spread the word out before I start charging for and I want to get testimonials from you guys about how it helped you accomplish your goals before I start making money off it so I want to give you for free now for a limited time you're welcome download an app to peace you

How to make loom bands

How to make loom bands

How to make loom bands-In this tutorial we are making five beautiful band bracelets, all without a loom or a hook. I will also show you five magic band tricks with which you can impress your friends. Hey guys! I've been asked so many times to film a rubber band bracelet tutorial and I finally decided to give it a try. I'm gonna share this five designs with you today, some of them you may have already seen, some of them may be new. These are just the ones that I really like.

And the best part is that you don't need a loom or a hook to make them, all you need is your fingers and things that you can find around your house. Alright, now go grab your bands and let's get started. First let’s make this beautiful red and green infinity sign bracelet. You’ll need any kind of connector charm, a c-clip and some bands. You'll also need a couple of fingers, I'll use a pointer and my middle finger. Stick the rubber band through one infinity loop. Put the band on your fingers, by going through one loop with a pointer and through the other with a middle finger. Then put on a second band. Grab your bottom band, pull it over the finger and release.

Do the same on the middle finger. Put the next band layer on and again grab the bottom band and pull it over both fingers. From time to time you need to push your bands down to make space for more bands. Go in with a new band and just repeat the step. Pull the bottom band over the top one and over your fingers on both sides. When you reach half of the desired length of your bracelet, take a c-clip and slide it on the band loop on one side. Then pull everything over to the pointer and slide the clip on there as well.

The first half of the bracelet is complete, so it’s time to make the same band chain on the other side of the infinity sign. Stick the band through the infinity loop, put it on your fingers and then add another band layer. Pull the bottom band over the top one, over the finger and release. As you can see I am alternating between red and green bands all the time to get that red-green alternating pattern. You can use any band colors you like: perhaps just one band color for the entire bracelet or you can alternate between three or four different colors.

Here comes my last band and the bracelet is long enough for me. To finish off slide on a c-clip through both band loops like so. And there you go! This cute but simple bracelet is done in literally two minutes. And you can make it using any connector charm, how cool is that!? Next we are making this pretty beaded band bracelet, but first let's make a simple loom out of two pencils, eraser and some tape. Put the pencils on the left and right side of the eraser, then wrap some tape around to hold everything in place.

This simple loom can be used to make many different bracelets and you'll learn a few more designs in this tutorial. For our beaded bracelet we need some beads, twice as many bands - I went for three different colors of each, a c-clip and a pencil loom. You can also make this bracelet on two fingers just as we did before. To save me some time, I like to stick a band through the bead first and make a bunch of these beaded bands. You also want to have some bands ready without beads because we will be alternating between empty bands and bands with beads. Ok, take your first empty band put it on the pencils by twisting it so you get a figure eight or an infinity sign.

Now take a band with a bead, place it on top and pull the bottom band over the top one, over the pencil and release. Since I added a band with a bead before, I am now taking an empty band. Put it on the pencils and again pull the bottom band over the top one. Push the bands down to get space for another layer. Take a beaded band again, stretch it over the pencils and pull the bottom band over the top one on left and right. Time for another empty band. See how I am alternating between bands with beads and empty bands. I decided to pair green bands with pink beads, yellow bands with blue beads and pink bands with yellow beads for beautiful pastel explosion.

I am just moving between these three piles of bands and beads making sure that I alternate between empty bands and bands with beads. Continue doing this until your bracelet is long enough to fit your wrist. Just a final band and it’s time to attach a c-clip. As with the previous bracelet, slide it on the band loop on the right, take everything to the left and attach a c-clip on that band loop too. Our bracelet is all done! I really like the combination of bands and beads and I love the pastel colors I chose for this one. Looks like a candy bracelet to me! If you don’t have any beads, you can totally make this bracelet by using bands only.

Let me show you how easy it is. Instead of making bead band pairs as before, wrap one band 3 or 4 times around another band like so. You can also do this with a help of a bobby pin for example. Wrap the band 4 times around the pin. Take the other band, put it on top of the pin and stretch. Then push the wrapped band on it like that. Make the bracelet in the same way as before, except now instead of beaded bands you have these two wrapped bands. Start by crossing an empty band, add a band with another band wrapped and pull the bottom band over the top one on each side. Put on an empty band and repeat. Take another wrapped band. Pull the bottom band over the top one on each side and go on with an empty band again. Just continue alternating between wrapped bands and single bands until the bracelet is long enough.

And here's your finished bracelet. Looks just as pretty as the beaded one. Let’s now make this cool looking two colored chain bracelet. You will need two colors of bands and a clip. You can make this bracelet using two fingers or using our DIY pencil loom. Put the blue band on the pencils by twisting it like so. Add a pink band and another blue band on top. Now, on the right side pull the pink band below the first blue one and pull that blue band over the top blue one, making an inverse fishtail stitch. On the left make a normal fishtail stitch by pulling the bottom blue band over the pencil. Add another pink band and make an inverse fishtail stitch on the left this time. On the right make a fishtail stitch by pulling the bottom pink band over.

And just continue with this pattern. Put on a blue band, inverse fishtail on the right, fishtail on the left. You need to alternate between fishtail and inverse fishtail stitch. Let's see the steps slowly once again: Put on a blue band, make an inverse stitch on the right and regular fishtail stitch on the left. Add a pink band and make an inverse fishtail stitch on the left and regular fishtail stitch on the right. Go in with a blue band again, make an inverse fishtail on the right and regular one on the left. After a while you will see the bracelet growing between the pencils in a really cool way! I am putting on my last band, making the inverse stitch on the right and the normal stitch on the left. To finish this bracelet, pull the bottom band over the top one, so you are left with only one band on the pencils. Take a c-clip and slide it on on the right side and then on the left like that. Take the bracelet of the loom and look how beautiful it is.

I love how different this bracelet looks with two lines all along. Pretty awesome! Next we are making this interesting knotted bracelet. You will need some bands, a c-clip and a paper clip. Start by transforming a paper clip into a hook. First stretch it a bit and then bend a short piece in like so. Place your first elastic on the pencils by crossing it. Add two more rubber bands on top like so. Make a normal fishtail stitch by pulling bottom band over top ones. Put on another band and again pull the bottom band over top ones. Push the bands down and continue as if you were making a fishtail bracelet. You can alternate two or more colors all along the bracelet, but this time I decided to make larger parts of colors.

First I had a red patch and now I am making a green one. After four to five normal fishtail stitches, we need to grab the bottom band that we started our bracelet with and pull it up through the middle of all other bands. For that, we need to make space in the middle by pushing the bands out of the way. Then grab your most bottom band and pull it up like so. Now just continue making normal fishtail stitches. Add a band and pull the bottom band over the other two on each side and over the pencil. From time to time you have to pull the bracelet up slightly so that it can continue growing.

Here we have our last band, put it on and grab the bottom band over. The bracelet is long enough to fit my wrist so to finish it I have to pull the bottom band over the top one so that I am left with only one band on my pencils. Take a c-clip, slide it on the band on the right, repeat on the left side and release the bracelet off the loom. We are all done with this different, but cute knotted bracelet. I Love how the different colors make kind of a gradient effect. Looks pretty epic, don't you think?! Lastly we are making this awesome detailed chevron rope bracelet.

You will need a bunch of bands and a c-clip. This bracelet requires a loom with four pins so let’s make one using four pencils, a squared bottle of nail polish and a tape. Place pencils around the polish bottle, one on each side and secure them in place with a tape. Just like that and we have a four pin loom. All right let’s start with the first band. Place it on the pencils and twist it several times until you get this perfect square in the middle of the loom. See, you need to have a twist beside each pencil. Put the second band on and now we have to pull the bottom band over the top one and over each of the four pencils.

The first band is very tight because of all the crosses but after that pulling is way easier. Push the bands down and add another layer. Again pull the bottom band over the top one on all four corners. After a while the bracelet will start forming here inside and it will look amazing, just saying. So let's continue adding bands and pulling the bottom band over the top one. I am alternating between red, yellow and blue bands for fun, colorful bracelet. By the way, how cute are these pencils?! Love them! Here comes my last band. As I pulled the bottom blue band over the red one the bracelet is long enough for me. To secure the bracelet, stretch the band from one of the pencils to the opposite one and go below the band on that opposite pencil.

Do the same with the other two opposite pencils. Slide the clip on the top band of one pencil and on the top band of the other pencil. Now we can take the bracelet of the loom and see how pretty this rope bracelet looks. Absolutely spectacular! I love the chevron details all around it and the colors make the bracelet so happy and fun. It’s a real party bracelet! And that's it for today's tutorial. Let me know what you think about these band bracelets. I must say that I haven't tried to make them before, because I thought that they were more for kids, but last couple of weeks I've been kind of obsessed with making them and I just think they are so much fun.

And you guys know that I'm a big kid so it's perfect for me. Okay, I hope you enjoyed the video and if you're new to my channel, don't forget to subscribe by clicking the button down here. I love you and I'll see you soon. Bye! All these five bracelets were so easy and fast to make but look adorable in the end. And what I love the most with the band bracelets is that when you get tired of one bracelet design, you can simply take the bands apart and make new designs out of the same bands. This way you can have a new bracelet every day!

How to care for Orchids

How to care for Orchids

How to care for Orchids-hi everyone its Danny already so one of the questions that I get asked quite a lot of times is what to do with the market after the blooms fall so if you just purchased yourself a market or you have just received an orchid this video is for you we're going to take the most popular orchids including the felon opposite orchids and draw biomes oncidium sand Kalia orchids and see

what to do with them after the flowers are gone I would like to start by saying that if your orchid loses its flowers after a while of being in bloom it doesn't mean your orchid will die and with a bit of knowledge you can make your orchid rebloom the following season so let's start with Phalaenopsis

orchids they will usually stay in bloom for a few months maybe three months sometimes even more but at some point they will eventually lose their flowers so after a while from a beautiful flower spike full of flowers you'll end up having a bare flower spike maybe with a single tiny flower about to fall and then you will just be left with the bare flower spike so at this point it is time to think about

cutting the bare flower spike now Phalaenopsis orchids are pretty special orchids in the sense that they can actually rebloom from the same flower spike it doesn't happen in all cases but in some cases especially with the complex hybrids you can find in stores and grocery shops it can happen now because this is a longer discussion I'll add a link somewhere here that you can click also in the

description of this video with a tutorial that shows you the different ways in which you can cut a flower spike depending what you want as a general rule cutting the flower spike above a note might produce another secondary spike so you can have a few more months with flowers there is also the option to cut the flower spike from the base but you will learn more in that tutorial how it is best depending on your situation so you can pause this video now check out the link that I showed you here so you know how to cut a flower spike and then come back to see what else we need to do with

our orchid so let's say that our flower spike has dried up completely or we just decided to cut the flower spike from the base or from above a note no matter what we decide to do our orchid will actually start to grow what I mean by this is that it will start to produce new leaves from the crown and hopefully you can see here have a tiny new little leaf that is just proud ink Phalaenopsis orchids usually produce one to three new leaves per year this is part of their regeneration process they produce new leaves from the crown of the orchid and gradually in time they will lose some of the leaves from the bottom so if your orchid is starting to lose two leaves from each side from the bottom

don't panic this is really normal it is just rejuvenating and regenerating itself you might also start to notice that your orchid is starting to grow new roots from the top as well as from the inside of the pot again this is a natural process Phalaenopsis orchids before they can rebloom need to grow new leaves and new roots so usually after your orchid is done blooming it will start to grow new leaves and new roots and what you need to do is offer the best conditions you can provide and care for the orchid as best as you can now I do have a tutorial on how to care for Phalaenopsis orchids it is a pretty lengthy

discussion but I will add a link somewhere here and also in the description of this video so you know what type of light you should provide when you need to water the orchid and so on so practically this will be the guide for you to know how to care for the orchid while it is not in bloom it is also a good idea to repot new orchids because the media they come in might be broken down or might have pests my personal preference is to repot any new orchid I like to buy fresh media so I know it does not have any pests any molds any problems and so on also I can switch the pot if the orchid is too big for the initial pot I can go one size bigger I can also reuse the same pot it came with also I like to make

extra ventilation holes and if you watch the video about how to care for Phalaenopsis orchids you will find the reason why I make the extra ventilation holes you'll also learn why I like to use bark chips and this type of media for this orchid so practically after the orchid is done blooming but before it starts to create new leaves and new roots I like to repot it I like to give it a fresh start this way I can check the root system and the overall health of the orchid I also have a reporting tutorial for file and abscess orchids and I can show you step by step how I actually repot Phalaenopsis orchids so I'll share the link towards that video somewhere here and also in the description of this video if you want

to check that out just visit the description or click on the link right here now here comes the fun part with good care all year round usually in the fall the Phalaenopsis orchid will start to produce a brand new flower spike full of buds the flower spikes will emerge from between the leaves they will grow and actually produce quite a lot of beautiful blooms once again for you and pretty much the process repeats itself all you need to do now is just enjoy the beautiful blooms and repeat the care process just

like you did before okay now let's presume you are dealing with and oncidium orchid or just another orchid that has pseudobulbs of this type now once the flower spike dries up from this type of work it in most most cases it will not rebloom or create secondary spikes so in this case we need to cut the flower spike from the base just like so when cutting flower spikes be sure to sterilize your cutting tools i sterilize the scissors with alcohol prior to cutting the flower spike this will actually help prevent spreading disease and infections oncidium orchids or orchids who produce pseudobulbs like

this will start to go into their growing mode just like the Phalaenopsis orchid but this time it's going to be a little bit different instead of producing leaves from the top of each pseudo bulb what this orchid will do is start to create new little plant lifts from the base of each suitable this is actually the growth pattern of this orchid the old pseudobulbs will now rebloom again but they will serve as water and nutrient deposits for the new growth this new growth right here will take up to nine months or so to mature and become a suitable like this so during this time it is your duty to maintain this orchid happy and healthy I do have a tutorial on how to care for oncidium type orchids as well I will add an

annotation right here that you can click also I will add a link in the description of this video which explains how to care for oncidium type orchids they're a bit different from Phalaenopsis orchids so if you don't know how to care for them you can click these links and learn now after the pseudo bulb will mature comes the fun part with good care all year long it will start to produce another flower spike right from next to the bulb and the first leaf the flower spike will grow create buds and will bloom once again for you so at this point it is time to repeat the process once again with Dendrobium fel an abscess orchids things are pretty much the same as with the oncidium orchid when the flower

spike will start to lose its flowers and start to dry it you can cut it close to the base this flower spike will now rebloom again nor will it create secondary spikes however this old cane can produce another flower spike next season for you so you can cut the flower spike but never cut the cane in the growing season after the blooms are done the circuit will start to produce a brand new cane usually from the base of the mother cane which will grow and mature and in about nine months with good

care it will produce a flower spike of its own also the old cane can bloom once again so you can have multiple flower spikes from this type of orchid now this type of work it really likes bright diffused light it also likes warm temperatures and it likes to be watered when the media is dry or almost completely dry caveat orchids will nari bloom from the same flower spike again either so when the flowers are all spent you can cut the flower spike close to the base of the pseudo bulb as possible however even though this cane can re bloom again don't cut the cane it will serve as water and

nutrient deposit for the new growth so after the flower spikes are spent usually a Kalia orchid will start to grow a brand new suitor bulb from the base of the mother suitable this again can take a few months to mature and with good care depending on your hybrid or variety it can bloom from the top once again I do have a care tutorial for this orchid as well so I will add an annotation right here that you can click also in the description below you can find the link so if you want to learn how to care

for a Kalia orchid all year round you can visit that link and learn so as you can see orchids can actually flourish and rebloom for you if you have a bit of knowledge about how you should care for them in no way should you throw away your orchid just because it is done blooming if you still have questions or you didn't understand something just leave me a comment down below.

How to prepare for hurricane; food, list

How to prepare for hurricane; food, list and all the necessary stuffs you need get done-you guys want to see something very scary and I'm not talking about you Chris you're scary but that's not what I'm talking about look at this right here this is very scary so if you guys don't know what this is this is basically the hurricane forecast for the current hurricane hurricane Irma look at this this is really crazy so it's right here currently because it's almost a phase Tuesday right yeah today's Tuesday and but this is where it's projected to go it's kind of projected to go towards floored let me zoom in on a little bit but we can't really tell right now because this is like the cone of uncertainty I think is what they call it actually did you know that was the name of Chris no I did not yes actually what they call

it so it's got the cone of uncertainty meaning you can go anywhere within that cone but look at it it's coming straight for the US I mean right here they say it should I make a right and go like a hard right the other museum I go fast zoom zoom yeah so we are like right here like right here in Florida so it can still come straight for us well I think what they want it to happen well what everybody wants it to happen is for it to don't really sharp right it's supposed to make a sharp right turn sometime soon whenever like on Saturday or Friday right around there's Friday right nice and it's click right here yeah that right there is Saturday so on Sunday like right here should be Sunday Saturday or Sunday is

supposed to make a very sharp turn yes it's currently a category 5 with a hundred and seventy five mile-per-hour wind gusts that is crazy so what we're gonna do today is we're actually gonna get prepared so there by water we're gonna buy flashlights yeah I don't know what else but we got to get preparing everything today because we went the other day we got some water because we want to make sure we have some water so we do have water so if we don't find water today that's fine but we did hear that like some of the canned foods and stuff like that are getting sold out so we're gonna head out and find out right now so the first stop is gonna be Walmart we hope we can get the water the food the batteries everything here at one stop at Walmart but it is very busy so I'm not sure if there's

gonna be anything in there we just locked in and it said emergency poncho and a whole bunch of people already got a whole I don't think we need either one this is the water there's water yeah we're gonna have to go to another one we're trying now can we through these aisles run anybody yeah is it heavy no it actually here's a flashlight there's like hardly any who has $50 flashlights no wonder those are still there heavily I'm fast good enough I think oh wow I think we might be stuck with one of those angels maybe college you have some oh one of these you think yeah I think we should go with that yeah there's the one angel decided on this green one in angel so that the batteries are rechargeable

those are rechargeable oh okay charges of Tripoli's at the house and then we'll have extra batteries for another waterless Walmart what if we have to wait on that shipment oh geez I have a sign so I don't know if we're gonna get at least we can get some Gatorades or some power aids whatever angels getting there's not many but you have a few to choose from you're just gonna get a whole bunch of on the chat oh he is all fat forward well ten all right stop them up Mount angels loading this up with some hoops we got a bunch of chicken and vegetable soups and there aren't many soups to choose from need some pinto beans recipe s on black beans oh they're all the way over there the black bean noodles oh I think that's good on the being tuned they have corn and green beans peas into peas for what about corn yeah I like corn - I'm being green beans I like some green beans or have your other

down there which would you like because you don't have a shredded ones I like them all let's get those on you're different oh this has no snow yeah what's wrong with the song I want some flavor you're not gonna be able to push me when I get back on there you said you're getting back in there want carrots on no that's why I'm kind of skeptical about it oh brother okay let me see if there's any more canned stuff that we could kiss me I don't want to get spinach I think that's it angel I'm gonna get a jar of pickles too because I love pickles I think we're finished here we have a ton of stuff a lot in there yeah a lot of genes now we're gonna go pay for at all and then we're gonna go to our next stop and we're at Publix this one is carts on top of cars on top of cars and then people everywhere

monitoring how much they can gave to each person yeah that was crazy yeah so we have to make sure we got ours and the got out of there it was super busy yes tell me more water I mentioned but I don't know I don't think it's enough I don't know I have more than that better have more than something you need because it's set at 2 o'clock they're gonna have a shipmate yes first we have to go eat that pizza time to prep the pits so there are hardly any pepperonis on this sort of a pizza we have a whole container yeah she'll eat those raw like I don't know if that's the thing that people oh that's so disgusting never cooked but they stink to me like when you open those packages brand new they smell so bad I wish want to throw up but I love them when they're cooked I love all the oiliness and

all that so I don't really like so I have to yeah oh stop doing that you mean you want to throw up but looking at the water like this it makes me think we don't need more water Chris because that is a lot of water so yeah we got like these today we had these already but I still thought we needed more but I think looking at this this is enough for me and crystal no doubt like this is enough for us you know that but I'm not sure if it's enough if we have people come over like our family uh I think it is though I think we should just stick with this oh god okay the pepperonis how dare you ask me it doesn't know it needs way more than that hey Chris oh that one's folded you have to eat it yes it definitely needs one have some hanging over the edge like just a little bit like hanging on to it well I'm never okay yeah that would be good oh yeah oh oh what what is that I see something white right there that called cheese and I think I don't want to see that okay we want to make this a little bit healthier

Australia I mean there's no health in your sense at all if you want to put some on man put it on it load this thing up okay so when I can blow it up just with pepperoni you know what I want to do one day no I do want to do that she's talked about fold of pizza instead of cutting it into pieces there's like fold it this is opposed to be yourself rising one right but I want to get like a pepperoni that's just the size of a pizza so basically she's doing is covering every single inch of it weight in the milk on top what is that what is that oh it's easy what is this what is this right here Chris that is a whole weight it's not focusing dude there it goes you need to put a pepperoni in there all right that's good now it looks

really good back to the water though I think we're just gonna keep this but probably you don't get any more because those lines are crazy I think we have enough food here too so we have like all the protein and the vegetables vegetables down there we have two gallons of water that we didn't find any more gallons of water of course crystals pickles and our only source of light if we run out of power besides our phones but I don't know if that's gonna work but yeah that's our only source of life Pizza is looking so good it looks so good look at the juices going off the sides actually thinking about that word that juice is going there they going onto that good you don't have that setup right so I think it's gonna start burning in here because I forgot there are holes in the UM the baking pan it's gonna

Ono I think it's not though yeah it's ready Chris was making a salad over here she's putting some kind of seeds yeah she's been holding out on me that's not fair but she's making a salad for her because she's the only one eating salad in this house I'm gonna have pizza have pizza inside oh my gosh you're messing up the pizza oh no angel I have to show you guys my salad is too beautiful to not show look at these banana pepper things oh my gosh it's gonna be delicious combo delicious we're back at Walmart you know we were missing something on that pie oh let me show this look what we found that's not the fun part the fun part is it's when we totally program a dollar a dollar really

expensive movie no me stuff like five or six on their website it is so empty here but the handle now the pile is complete we got some gem X because gotta clean your hands if the water is not clean you know you gotta use germench or something yeah I still think we might need some water now actually yeah I think I said somebody's earlier but yeah there's two gallons here would be nice it'd be nice to have a real flashlight then this little thing oh and the radio we don't have a radio yeah let's we're gonna pay like 30 bucks and those are on rechargeable honey so those aren't even good anyway because we don't have a generator yeah and outlets of the powers off the power so kids 5g so I think I'm pretty sad for now though we probably end up getting more water next coming days if we do we'll probably show it maybe an opener a vlog anymore before the hurricane but if we do you know we'll show it to you guys but they were to wrap it up there I think we're pretty good today otherwise that anything and then we went back to you the popcorn like Christmas said it was really busy I don't know she actually said in the video but it was really busy in the food area like people are buying everything like people we're buying the frozen stuff and I don't know if they're buying that to prep or what but I was thinking it's gonna melt oh yeah without the generator all right guys are we hope you enjoyed this video thanks for watching

How to disassemble a pool table

How to disassemble a pool table

How to disassemble a pool table-hello and welcome to turntable billiards how to dismantle a slate game style pool table today we're going to show you how to dismantle a game style pool table I've chosen a game style because it's more complicated than a furniture style and if you can tackle this task then I don't think you'll have any problem taking apart a furniture style table now there are going

to be some things that you're going to need you get these tools together most of them can be found laying around the house first you're going to need a drill with sockets and more than likely a wrench some ratchet wrenches would help like 14 millimeter 15 millimeter and just have a variety that way you you're covering all your bases you'll want to staple puller most pool tables have a staple bed and

this makes life easy pulling those staples if you don't have a staple puller then what you can use is a flathead screwdriver you'll want a flathead bit a Phillips head bit many times both of those are used during the dismantle of a pool table you want some moving blankets to be able to wrap up the individual pieces to protect them during shipping whether the table is going into another state or you

know just down the street we're going to have a box to collect your hardware and your accessories to keep everything together you don't want to lose any of that hardware you're also going to want a marker this way you can mark the table as you're taking it apart especially the positioning of the slate this makes life easier when you go to do the rebuild or if you're going to have a professional installer

they still need to know how the slate was positioned on the table originally the first step in dismantling a game style pool table is we want to remove these pockets you'll find a tack on either side of the pocket right behind the cushion sometimes a Philips head screw is used at any rate you'll want to remove those you may have a ball return system on your table if that's the case you'll go ahead and remove that before you remove the pocket or the gulley boot squeeze the top and push it

down underneath the apron and that's how you remove a pocket Eric's going to remove the tax so they don't scrape anything during the move it's going to do that to all six pockets the next step is going to be removing our rail bolts where we're going to lay down underneath the table we're using a fourteen millimeter socket we're going to remove three rail bolts per rail don't confuse your rail bolts

with the bolts next to it that holds the apron on then they're different size sockets so it'll be hard to mess that up again you have three bolts per rail if all your hardware is present with the table you'll end up with 18 of these bolts after remove the bolts you want to keep all your hardware together it's a good idea to put them in a baggie if we need to mark where they came from when you go to do the rebuild and we're also after the pockets are removed we're going to go around the entire table removing all of the rail bolts putting them in our bag to get ready to remove the rail system carefully lift the rail system off the table and turn it over carefully lay it back down on top of the pool table nice and secure that makes a good workbench next we're going to remove the corner castings by

taking off these two brackets there's two brackets per corner casting you want to use a flathead bit for for these after that we're going to show you how to remove these bolts that hold on the apron system so go ahead and get your drill with your flathead bit you can loosen these brackets or you can go ahead and take them all the way off I like to take them all the way off it just makes life easier just keep up with your hardware to keep everything together now there's a lot of pressure holding this first corner casting on so once you get those brackets off go ahead and move to your next corner piece and

when you're taking your corner pieces off you'll want to mark the different ends top and bottom because they're different and it makes a difference when you go to do the rebuild the top is curved and the bottom is flat and again that makes a difference you don't have to mark which corner the piece came off of because they're Universal in that aspect so keep all your hardware together it's going to make your life the more organized you are the easier it's going to be when you go to rebuild your table we're going to move on to the third corner miter and once that's loose then the pressure is

taken off for the first one and you can go ahead and pop that off Erik's going to give it just a little bump and there you go after you've removed your corner miters the next step is to remove the apron you're going to detach the apron from the rails you're going to have four aprons keep your hands on it so when the last bolt comes out of that particular apron it doesn't fall onto the floor and then just work your way around the table and keep your hardware in a baggie again you can mark the hardware so you know where it came out of these bolts that come out of the aprons they look similar to your rail

bolts so it might be a good idea to go ahead and mark those so you don't get them confused the apron bolts are not quite as long as your rail bolts so so once you've got all of your aprons off you want to wrap them up nice and neat for shipping or first storage and then next we're going to take off the pockets Eric has used the 14 millimeter ratchet wrench to break those loose so I can continue on the table he's going to loosen those by hand again you have two 14 millimeter bolts per pocket casting on the Middle's there's not enough room to get your ratchet around that bolt so I use the open end face of my of my wrench I'm gonna get those broken loose and I'm going to move on of course to per just

showing you where those are and then once you get all of these taken off you put the corner pieces in your box and your rails will get wrapped in blankets and we're going to fit these back in so they don't get lost and once you get those screwed in there and you just continue that on all six pocket castings put your corner castings in your box so they don't get lost and then clear your workspace you can bring in your blankets and wrap them up three rails per blanket once you get done with that we're ready to move on to pulling the staples from the bed getting ready to pull the staples out of the staple

bed you want your staple puller a good pair of needlenose pliers and we like using this magnetic bowl to catch the staples you don't want somebody stepping on one if it won't falls on the floor when you're pulling your staples put the corner of the staple puller underneath the staple and pry back sometimes you can give it a little twist and that staple will come out in one shot without any extra steps if you have trouble twisting it and the staple won't come out like that one did then just go ahead and pop one side of all your staples and then you can come back with your pliers and then pull the staple you want

to get a firm grip on that guy and give your pliers a little twist and the staples come right out and now that you know how to pull staples it's time to get busy pulling all the staples go all the way around the table each pocket all the way around and my camera died so what you're missing from the video I go all the way around the table making sure every staple is removed if there's a row of staples beneath there you need to remove those as well then you shake out the felt fold it up nice and neat and put it in a bag that keeps it separate from the other hardware you don't want that Hardware poking holes in your felt sometimes you know more expensive like worsted cloth Simonis can run up to 500 bucks that put on your table so you definitely want to take care of that and now we're ready to move on to

removing the slate screws belt is removed you'll see your slave screws there about four in each piece of slate some models have more which this one does go ahead and pull those it's going to allow you to pull the slate off of the cabinet remove the rest of the slate screws and get ready to mark the slate now you want to mark your slate mark the end piece one the middle piece two and then your other in piece 3 this is the order they go on the table and also you're going to pull back each in piece and you want to keep the middle piece where it is without moving it because we're going to make a mark on

the table and on the slate and this tells us where the position is so when we go to rebuild it our slate screws line back up now I want to mark a 1 on the cabinet and on the other end we're going to do the same thing this particular kind of slate is pinned so it's a little a little tough getting that separated but once you have that separate you'll take a moment and make the same kind of mark on the opposite side of the table that line tells you where it sits and you can line up those hash marks number it and you're done okay so for the rest of the video I'm just going to go ahead and go through it stack your

slate off and because this steps are necessary I'm not I'm just kind of going through it this is the dismantle fold this mantle of the base go ahead and wrap them all everything all up pack it away and that's how you do it you want to see that again use unwrap it put all these things on there at this point this bottom part of the base is not very heavy at all your frame they're solid mahogany you don't need to wrap that in any kind of blankets and this my friends is how you dismantle a game style pool table

How to do a cartwheel for beginners

How to do a cartwheel for beginners-Today we're going to be doing a basic tutorial on when you're doing how to do a cartwheel some of you guys might think this is easy but a lot of my got ever needed when I wanted it so that's what we're doing it like whenever we do like a harder tutorial there's like lots of comments saying you know do some basic stuff first so that's what we're doing with the cartwheel so let's go ahead and get started before doing any gymnastics you should always start off by stretching so you can either follow along with my ear do your own stretches next you have to figure out what leg is your good leg you can either do this by practicing handstands with each

leg and figure out what one is more comfortable or just practice your cartwheel with each leg and again figure out what one is more comfortable when starting your car BIA you're going to start in a lunge position with your good leg slightly bent in front with your arms up by your ears a common mistake is starting to the side and this is not correct make sure you start facing the forward from there you're going to start lowering your hands to the ground and also bring your back leg up so that you are in a position after the T position you're going to turn your body so that your hands are placed sideways in order to get to the other side all you have to do is push off of the leg in front by

straightening it when you're doing a cartwheel make sure that your hands aren't moving all over the place they should be able to stay in the same spot the entire time when finishing your cartwheel all you're going to do is land in a lunge position but this time your bad leg is going to be in front another common cartwheel mistake is leaving your hands on the ground for too long you want to make sure that you keep your arms by your ears and they follow you up to the top when you're done also make sure that when you're doing your cartwheel you are not kicking your legs out to the side you want to

make sure that you use all your energy and kick your legs straight over the top we also want to include a cartwheel that is done correctly but does not have good form just to show you guys that if you do a cartwheel correctly it's going to look way better than just doing it with bad form hopefully by following all of these tips you can get your cartwheel very soon since it is saloon Friday that means there's a new TCG remember of the week so this week's TC - crew member is if you'd like a

chance to be the next TC - crew member all you have to do is hashtag TC - remember on a picture of you doing it to your genetics on Instagram also if you enjoyed this video make sure you give it a thumbs up and subscribe if you haven't by giving this video a thumbs up it allows to know if you wants to do more easier beginner tutorials so give it a thumbs up if you want to do more of those yeah and we'll see you guys on TC Tuesday bye

How to get deodorants out of clothes

How to get deodorants out of clothes

How to get deodorants out of clothes- have you ever been in that situation where you had like a massive deodorant thing and then you tried to use a paper towel but then it just crumbled apart it made it look worse paper towels are not the best way to do it I'm going to show you how it's just super simple there are two ways okay so I'm going to just show you how to do it on the first way and just for the sake of example I put some deodorant stains right here and I'm going to put some extra just to make it super staney and little did you know but

fabric softener really helps fabric softener sheets the ones that have been used already the one that doesn't have any more product works amazing so you're just gonna grab it and just rub rub rub rub rub rub rub as much as you can look at that it's almost gone and then you're just going to keep rubbing until it's completely gone you guys keep rubbing friends keep on rubbin rub-a-dub-dub and check that out it's gone pretty much gone and then you're just going to keep on rubbing so like pretty much if you are the type of person that keeps getting deodorant stains placing this little guy in your

purse is not a bad idea I mean like sometimes I accidentally get them in my pockets and I'm like oh why do I have it in my pocket Oh might as well put it in my purse so just put it in your purse you can fold it up this itty bitty and it's good another way to do it is it's so funny but it works really well our thoughts these are my husband's socks I just stole his cotton socks because my head holes everywhere I need to buy some socks anyhow here we go again putting a new deodorant stain on because this is like typically you know how like when you put on your shirt that's where you get your deodorant stains like right here so that's why I'm showing you showing it to you that way so grabbing the hubby

sock that he doesn't even know about using a cotton sock really works and then you're just going to rub rub a dub dub rub rub rub check that out it's almost done so it's almost time you know what I find that the fabric softener works a lot better because it's it has like these little more like fibers I don't even know what to describe them but they work a lot better but those are two ways that you can get rid of deodorant stains SuperDuper fast so you're not going to have any more like odd deodorant stains I get them a lot like under the arms and then like on the side where you're like putting on your

shirt so I hope this video helps thank you friends so much for watching and I'll see you in my next video and if you like baking and cooking I have a baking cooking channel called cook with April so have a beautiful day and I hope you subscribe to my cooking channel as well bye your foot as well as the heel of your foot and also on the arch as well and it's really great support and it provides a lot of comfort and it's not that expensive

How to shape a beard

How to shape a beard

How to shape a beard-I'm here at cuts and grinds get my beard trim the sky Charlie what we doing for it and just going to tidy up down here keep some of the weight but tidy up to close bring it closer to the cheeks get a bit more defined and keep the test and fun growth cash out yeah all right so all I would see them with your beard and just clean it underneath because I was going to take it up just slightly because as you know it would be bit your kind of corners they would grow different directions just stretch your chin up for me so you can kind of see which I did this kind of grows that way so it kind of pushes it more like that so you want to keep this long but we're all we're going to do

so you can see from the side this is shorter than here you can see how it's just missing through there so we want to do is take this part in because then when we look straight it's going to look a lot straighter through there because I always find this bit grows more and then this part here so we want to take this back bit up to make it look fuller from all angles up again and if you look on this side as well this grows down so this side grows it doesn't chop so much so that's why some guys feel like it doesn't grow even that's just the way the longer the beard hair grows the different directions you kind of notice that hair grows yeah we'll just take all this up clean all this at the Machine the cheeks I just

clean it a little bit for here the tash again just trimming these corners through there so again I would use mobile Detailers very sharp very powerful I tease them again you don't want to cut too much into the beard just kind of removing that excess all right I just don't see the cheek donkey also for me we can keep it very natural you don't want to go into the bed too much so wise when it's gross I'm going to be removing about how much off so you can see I'm not really going to touch this which is more cleaning this up who we can do different now this is just a lot cleaner through there and you can still

see got all this that I'm going to clean up off chrome okay man I'm kind of seeing either I'm not going into it too much customer remove way too much hair so this is this what I've cut already I'm going to use this as my ruler to kind of match it up so it's all even so as always with most of my long beards I do I'm just going to clean up with the scissors so you can just see just give that a nice finish and always it when their clients are not right because then you know that's kind of how they're going to wear it so I'm just going to clean this up now so all this is trying to grow to all this we're not going to

touch all I want to do is just kind of clean but again with the beard everything below the creases Phillips is your bid everything positive cash don't try and pull this up because that's going to really be uncomfortable so minimum that little each other yeah haven't failed him so I'm going to faint inside burn some guys like that straight line that's totally fine but Charlie wants a kind of faded so I'm going to do I'm not going to take it any lower than this we're just working on this kind of area from the staff of my one-and-a-half through there just flick it out again down to a one bounce one more point there

about just using the corner of my slipper you can see this softens it a little bit with the fade through that so I'm going to finish off Charlie's beard with the tensile smoke in their brand I really like it it's not very heavy fragrance and it only has a small amount you can see was not very nice yeah pretty literally even for a big beard by Charlie chin on jaw we work in all the hair for this work and when I was less you just put a little bit has little things we look wonderful feels right fantastic my ear here

thank you I'll be with your business to cut and grow today very happy with ya haircut libitum fantastic now that he's done with this video head over to our shop and treat yourself to some fine beard brand products if you're not already a subscriber be sure to hit that button and keep on watching some more of our awesome videos
